WELL. The site is about fabulous and delicious food, from the ground up. I like to tackle challenging dishes even if they are well outside of my repertoire and I love sharing all of this wonderful food with other people.
Basically I love cooking/entertaining and everything that goes into the whole production. I’ve found a serious void when I’ve been looking for relatively inexpensive and moderately difficult recipes on the internet. A lot of the content I’m going to post can be made several ways. There are days you just can’t spend 4 hours in the kitchen (and days you might want to spend 5).
